Appointment

We ship our items exclusively with our shipping partner POSTNL or DHL. If the items are in stock, your package will be delivered to your home within 1-3 working days (within the Netherlands) with standard shipping. Deliveries to Belgium will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Deliveries at peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas or Sale may take longer than expected.

If the order value is less than 100 euros, the shipping costs are 6.75 euros (within the Netherlands). If the order value is higher than 100 euros, Nazan Dermacare will cover the shipping costs for you (within the Netherlands). For deliveries to Belgium, the shipping costs for all orders are EUR 7.75.

Unopened products can be returned. The return shipment is at your expense. After receipt of the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back.To return a product, it is important that you contact us via the e-mail address info@nazandermacare.nl, so that we can register your return. Mention your order number with the products you wish to return.
